Neo Group is on the lookout for a dedicated Call Center Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a Call Center Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch technical support and assistance to our customers over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and maintenance for call center systems, including Asterisk, XCally Motion, and other call center applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to telephony systems, software configurations, and hardware devices.
• Monitor system performance to ensure optimal operations and minimal downtime.
• Assist with the integration of call center applications and CRM platforms.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on using call center tools and systems.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement new features and updates.

• Proficiency in Asterisk and XCally Motion systems.
• Experience with VoIP protocols and telephony solutions.
• Familiarity with other call center software and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of network configurations, including SIP trunking and firewalls.
• Ability to document processes and maintain system records.
