The RevOps Associate is a vital part of the Revenue Operations team, responsible for supporting the systems, tools, and processes that drive revenue growth. This role ensures data accuracy, operational efficiency, and alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams. The RevOps Associate will perform regular data maintenance, assist in tool administration, and contribute to the documentation and optimization of processes. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop foundational skills in RevOps while collaborating with cross-functional teams on impactful projects.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Support: Assist with the maintenance and optimization of RevOps systems and tools, including Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and sales engagement tools.
- Data Integrity: Conduct routine data audits and updates to ensure accuracy and consistency across all RevOps systems.
- Process Documentation: Develop and maintain documentation for RevOps processes and procedures to ensure clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
- Reporting Assistance: Support the preparation and distribution of regular reports on key performance metrics for sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and CX teams to align processes and tools with business objectives.
- Tool Administration: Provide assistance with the setup and troubleshooting of RevOps tools and platforms to ensure smooth use by team members.
- Training Support: Assist in onboarding new team members by providing training on RevOps tools and processes.
- Project Participation: Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the RevOps team, such as system upgrades or process improvements.
- Feedback Collection: Serve as a liaison to collect user feedback on RevOps tools and processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Experience: 0–2 years in an operational or administrative role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Skills: Strong English is mandatory. Above average organizational skills, attention to detail, and basic understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Mindset: Eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about improving processes to drive business success.
