Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to drive the successful execution of our new product launches. From the initial ideation stage to post-production, this role ensures every project runs smoothly, timelines are clear, and stakeholders remain aligned. Reporting directly to the co-founders, you will be responsible for creating company-wide visibility into project progress, leading cross-functional initiatives, and streamlining processes for maximum efficiency and impact.
This full-time position will be based out of our São Paulo office in Pinheiros.
What You’ll Do- Take full ownership of managing the lifecycle of new product launches, including planning, execution, and final delivery. Establish clear objectives, allocate resources effectively, and ensure all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Develop and maintain highly detailed project workflows, timelines, and checklists, capturing every task and milestone required to achieve project success. Ensure these tools provide clear visibility into progress for all teams and stakeholders.
- Regularly evaluate existing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and improve the project management process. Implement tools and strategies to eliminate inefficiencies and enhance overall team productivity.
- Act as the central hub connecting product development, merchandising, marketing, and other key departments. Build strong working relationships to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on shared goals.
- Plan and facilitate structured, purpose-driven project meetings. Set clear agendas, lead discussions, and ensure that action items, responsibilities, and deadlines are thoroughly documented and followed up.
- Provide founders and senior leadership with timely and concise updates on project status, key deliverables, and challenges. Proactively address questions and concerns to maintain transparency and confidence in project outcomes.
- Conduct detailed reviews of completed product launches to assess what worked well and identify areas for improvement. Use these insights to refine future processes and increase overall efficiency and effectiveness.
What You’ll Need- 5-6+ years experience in a similar, project management role, ideally within an early-stage, growth-oriented company
- Must be able to work onsite in our São Paulo office in Pinheiros three (3) days a week [Monday, Wednesday, Thursday]
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Highly organized and detail-oriented — you love checklists, workflows, and structured processes.
- Expertise in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, etc.) and Google Workspace.
- Strong ability to work with diverse teams and drive adoption of new processes cross-functionally
- Comfort with the ambiguity of changing priorities, and the flexibility to embrace new ideas within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to autonomously manage multiple projects at once, while meeting deadlines and analyzing impact
- A willingness to roll up your sleeves and wear multiple hats
- Self-starter with a can-do, team-oriented attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
