As a Financial Representative, you will play a critical role in helping clients develop financial strategies for their futures using a range of financial products and services. We are committed to providing our Financial Representatives with the training, mentorship, and support needed to excel in their roles.   • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their financial objectives and needs.
  • Provide tailored insurance solutions, including life insurance, retirement planning, and wealth protection, customized to each client’s unique situation.
  • Generate new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and strategic marketing efforts.
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments to deliver well-informed recommendations.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their insurance policies remain current and aligned with their changing financial goals.
  • Convert prospects into clients by effectively conveying the benefits of insurance products and services.
  • Uphold industry regulations and adhere to New York Life’s high ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Previous experience in sales or the Financial Services industry is a plus.
  • Willingness to obtain necessary licensing (sponsored by New York Life).
