Who You Are?

We’re looking for an experienced HubSpot Project Manager to take full ownership of our HubSpot CRM platform. This highly collaborative role will work closely with sales, marketing, and account management teams to optimize HubSpot usage, streamline workflows, and drive actionable business insights.

You will lead automation efforts, optimize sales pipelines, train teams, and ensure seamless integration across departments - helping us make smarter, data-driven decisions.


What You’ll Do
  • CRM Optimization & Process Management
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM for Buy-Side/Publisher Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, ensuring smooth sales operations.
  • Align HubSpot tools with sales, lead generation, and marketing strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Automate workflows and streamline processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
  • Oversee sales pipelines, automation, and lead conversion workflows to maximize team performance.

Data Insights & Reporting
  • Extract and analyze key data insights from HubSpot to drive business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain custom dashboards to track sales performance and client satisfaction.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on CRM data analysis.

Integration & Training
  • Manage HubSpot integrations with tools like Apollo, Google Sheets, and other business applications.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between HubSpot and other platforms.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for teams and executives on HubSpot best practices.

Project Management & Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Act as the internal HubSpot owner, leading its implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to align HubSpot initiatives with company objectives.
  • Support sales, marketing, and account management by ensuring HubSpot processes drive business success.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience managing HubSpot (or similar platforms like Salesforce) in a sales operations or ad-tech environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, particularly in ad-tech and the buy-side ecosystem.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics, reporting, and automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Fluent in Russian and English with excellent communication skills—capable of conducting training sessions and presenting to C-level executives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a remote, distributed environment.
  • Ability to adapt to different time zones, including occasional late-day meetings.

Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Marketing background with a deep understanding of sales processes.
  • Experience with sales enablement tools and CRM customizations.
