Now, we’re looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and impact of our platform’s data.

• Audit and clean data to ensure it meets our high standards for reliability and usability.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, ensure consistency, and improve accuracy.
• Learn tools like SQL to manage and validate data integrity.
• Collaborate with teams to refine data collection and quality assurance processes.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to enhance data quality and efficiency.

• A problem-solver who thrives on analyzing complex data and uncovering meaningful patterns.
• Someone with sharp attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
• A creative thinker who asks the right questions and develops innovative solutions.
• Strong communication skills to articulate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency (particularly with pivot tables).

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience, with experience in research, data analytics, or social sciences preferred
• Ability for limited travel (1-2 times per year).
