Job Description

NielsenIQ SA&I team is seeking a talented Pre-Sales enablement associate to play a key role in enabling sales teams to be more efficient and stay focused on winning business. This role will primarily be supporting sales development teams across EEMEA markets and working with cross-functional teams globally (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Customer Success) to identify and manage the right mix of tools and processes to move opportunities to close faster. 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with SA&I sales representatives and supporting them in their day-to-day activities​ 
  • Creating and updating proposals for clients (writing content based on the information provided, building project timelines, and calculating costs using the tools provided)​ 
  • Checking feasibility and bidding with internal team for costs and timings of market research projects conducted all around the world​ 
  • Preparing presentations for client meetings and creating value-added materials (customizing standard decks, gathering information from various sources, formatting, etc.)​ 
  • Supporting sales representatives with updating decks with NIQ branding and making sure the content is client-ready​ 
  • Supporting sales representatives in the maintenance and management of their CRM records​ 
  • Analyzing market data, finding patterns and drawing conclusions​ 
  • Building commercial support content (success stories, trainings) in cooperation with other experts 

Qualifications

Skillsets  

  • An ideal candidate is a proactive, deadline-driven task manager with an eye for process improvement. You are motivated by making an impact on your workplace and thrive on recognizing a challenge, implementing a solution, monitoring success, and continuously thinking outside the box to optimize new or existing processes. You are detail-oriented with excellent communication, active listening, and time management skills. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's  Degree, studied Economics, Marketing, Business, Graphic Design or similar at University level
  • Have up to 3 years of experience working in a complex and multicultural organization  
  • Fluent in English
  • Able to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment 
  • Demonstrate high attention to detail 
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work 
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and take initiative 
  • Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team and to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines​  
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
  • Graphic design experiences are good to have, but not mandatory
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Dynamics, Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is good to have 
  • Comfortable and efficient in working with Microsoft Office applications
