Global Product & Platform Enablement Senior Analyst

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Global Product and Platform Enablement Analyst with a strong background in Data and Analytics. You will be part of our Marketing Effectiveness product team, which focuses on optimizing marketing strategies through advanced analytics and data-driven insights. In this role, you will lead our global platform enablement team, oversee the maintenance and enhancement of our global product and platform systems, and drive product performance and user satisfaction. You will work with professionals across the globe in a multicultural environment, gaining practical, hands-on experience in troubleshooting, data analysis, and problem-solving. You will also collaborate closely with our technical teams to ensure issues are resolved in line with our SLA’s.

• Lead monitoring, maintenance, and improvement of global product and platform systems. 
• Provide advanced support to users, resolving complex issues and inquiries. 
• Build high performing teams through mentorship and coaching of junior analyst(s), fostering a culture of continuous learning and development. 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement strategic process improvements and opportunities for GenAI automations. 
• Develop and maintain comprehensive support documentation and user guides. 
• Own and analyze platform enablement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation. 
• Build feedback loops from customer usage to product and technology teams to optimize product and platform performance. 
• Utilize computational intelligence methods to solve complex problems and improve decision-making processes. 

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. 
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product and platform support or a related role. 
• Proven leadership and team management skills. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• In-depth knowledge of product and platform systems. 
• Expertise in data science and computational intelligence techniques. 
• Proficiency in analytic programming languages (R and Python) and machine learning/statistical modeling ecosystems. 
• Solid knowledge of optimization, machine learning algorithms, and deep learning algorithms. 
• Solid knowledge of computer science fundamentals, software design principles, and testing strategies. 
• Solid skills with SQL and performance optimization. 

Hybrid : 1 a week at Madrid office - Flex working mod
