About the Role
Are you passionate about managing multiple global projects and interested in market research? If so, this role is for you!
As an International Project Coordinator, you will oversee complex international research projects, managing both inbound and outbound studies across various methodologies. You will coordinate with external vendors and internal operations teams to ensure that projects are executed efficiently—within budget, on time, and in line with quality standards. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on international research best practices.
We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented team player with strong communication skills. You'll be part of a friendly and international team, working together to deliver high-quality research insights on a global scale.

RESPONSIBILITIES Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Evaluate international research proposals across all methodologies, collaborating with operations teams to develop feasible and cost-effective project plans.
  • Source and negotiate with global field services to ensure cost-efficient, high-quality execution of international studies.
  • Centralize and manage all translation work to align with company quality standards and project budgets.
  • Lead project kickoff meetings, ensuring all stakeholders understand timelines, deliverables, and study specifications.
  • Support research project teams by leveraging relationships with overseas suppliers to facilitate communications, troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Manage and coordinate all operational aspects, including translations, programming, testing, fieldwork, coding, and data delivery.
  • Provide basic-level technical and operational expertise to business sectors on international operations processes and capabilities.
  • Partner with research and operations staff to address issues and/or make recommendations to improve performance on international research studies. Involve direct manager in resolution of complex issues.
  • Ensure thorough project documentation and tracking, maintaining accurate records and timely completion of administrative tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Marketing, Sociology - preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within market research (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet deadlines through effective prioritization and time management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to provide expert consultation on international research best practices.
  • Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
