Senior E2E Project Coordinator

Job Description

Working alongside Project Managers, this role is responsible for planning and executing project activities to ensure timely, efficient and high-quality deliverables. Ensuring that project instructions and standard operating procedures are implemented at every project. Adding value by offering recommendations and suggestions for improved current and future project’s execution and delivery.

JOB PURPOSE

Ownership and accountability for the execution of all the tasks assigned to you on each project as per specifications and standard operating procedures. Ensure assigned projects and tasks are completed in a timely manner and with a high level of accuracy and quality assurance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Act in key support role to the E2E project managers for assigned projects.

● Establish and facilitate regular project meetings.

● Collect and analyze business requirements and transfer to accurate specifications and deliverables.

● Monitor the productivity and progress by driving field work team and/or external vendors to meet project timelines according to planned schedule.

● Provide timely communication and feedback to project managers and vendors to ensure high quality and timely delivery.

● Design project schedule to align resource allocation and timeline.

● Proactively identify and manage resolution of risks and issues which may negatively impact a project deliverable.

● Build business continuity plans to enable recovery from an emergency or disaster.

● Documents, shares, and leverages project lessons learned and promotes best practices for continuous improvement.

● Ensure all internal systems and documentation are updated in a timely manner.

You are flexible and easily adapt in a dynamic work environment, build strong engagement with key partners and excel in stakeholder management. You work in organized and efficient manner with high utilization of your and team’s time as well as optimal utilization of operations resources. You have a can do attitude, you are self-motivated, have negotiating skills and you are a great communicator. You work collaboratively and are part of a remote team within a dynamic and challenging environment, while maintaining high standards. 

QUALIFICATIONS

▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

▪ English language skills, both written and verbal, are a plus.

▪ Highly detail oriented.

▪ Good time management skills and able to manage multiple assignments effectively.

▪ Exposure to finance/budget.

▪ Can drive continuous improvements on methods.
