About the Role 


We are looking for a seasoned SEO Specialist to join our global marketing team. You’ll take full ownership of the SEO strategy and performance across two brands: Instarem.com and Nium.com. With a deep understanding of SEO best practices, you’llbe responsible for driving organic growth across web and mobile platforms—enhancing visibility, performance, and conversions.  You will lead all aspects of SEO—from technical audits and fixes to content strategy, reporting, and keyword research.  


Beyond SEO, you will also own the performance, structure, and content governance of both marketing websites. You’ll work closely with developers, martech, and content teams to ensure the sites are always optimised for discovery, conversion, and user experience. 


ASO experience is a strong advantage, especially as Instarem continues to grow its mobile user base. 


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and own the end-to-end SEO strategy for Instarem.com and Nium.com—across technical, content, and off-page pillars 
  • Develop and drive a roadmap for sustainable organic growth, aligned with broader marketing and business goals 
  • Proactively identify and prioritise new growth opportunities, from emerging keywords to content gaps and untapped markets 
  • Collaborate closely with content, product, martech, and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded into site architecture, UX, and all digital initiatives 
  • Create and execute scalable ASO strategies to improve visibility and organic installs for Instarem’s mobile app (bonus if you bring ASO expertise) 
  • Set up and own SEO performance tracking and reporting—define KPIs, build dashboards, and report regularly on impact and progress to stakeholders 
  • Leverage tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and App Store platforms to turn insights into action and continually optimise performance 
  • Champion SEO education and alignment across teams, empowering stakeholders to contribute to SEO success 
  • Stay ahead of search and app store algorithm updates, testing new approaches and bringing a growth mindset to every opportunity 


Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, ideally a mix of in-house and agency roles, with a strong track record of driving organic growth across multiple websites 
  • Proven ability to own and lead SEO strategy end-to-end—from technical audits and keyword planning to content optimisation and stakeholder reporting 
  • Bonus: ASO experience using tools like AppsFlyer to improve app visibility and installs 
  • Deep understanding of technical SEO—including site architecture, crawlability, sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects, schema, and page performance 
  • Expert knowledge in using tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and App Store platforms for insights and optimisations 
  • Strong knowledge of international SEO, including hreflang tags, domain structuring (subdomains vs. subdirectories), and global keyword targeting 
  • Experience working closely with marketing,web developers, product teams, and martech stakeholders to implement scalable SEO best practices 
  • Fluent written and verbal English communication, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations 
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset—comfortable owning dashboards, KPIs, and performance reporting for multiple stakeholders 
  • Curious, proactive, and constantly learning—staying ahead of algorithm changes and bringing new ideas to the table
