Responsibilities will include:

Provide hands on leadership to Direct to Consumer Fulfillment team and ensure product is shipped in a timely manner and provides an exemplary customer experience
Process Direct to Consumer orders and print all necessary paperwork and shipping labels
Ensure shipping software is configured for optimal processing
Coach, mentor and provide feedback to improve the skills and productivity of our team
Communicate expectation to team members regarding attendance, quality, pace of work, etc.
Manage overall workload of team and implement ways to increase efficiencies
Ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped in an accurate, efficient, and timely manner
Work with other leadership to define and refine Direct to Consumer Fulfillment processes, reporting and documentation
Ensure an optimal layout for Direct to Consumer Fulfillment
Assign responsibilities to team members and keep them on task
Order packaging and other shipping supplies
Maintain adequate inventory in Direct to Consumer Fulfillment area
Help ensure facility cleanliness at all times
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the business
Maintain a safe environment and report any safety concerns immediately
Foster a positive culture in throughout the warehouse and company and lead by example
Perform other duties as instructed by Director of Operations and other company leadership

Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years shipping and/or direct to consumer related experience
Strong computer skills and experience with ecommerce/shipping software
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently as part of a small, growing team
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be process oriented and able to plan, organize and monitor work with minimal supervision with a high attention to detail

Direct to Consumer Fulfillment Manager will report to the Director of Operations.
