Technical Solution Leader

Summary


The Technical Solution Leader will drive the technological vision and strategy across various client engagements. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our technology solutions align with our clients’ business objectives and support their growth and efficiency. The Technical Solution Leader will act as a bridge between the sales, technology team, delivery organization, partners, and external stakeholders, fostering innovation and creating seamless end-to-end solutions delivering value to our clients.  



Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technology strategies that align with clients’ business goals. 
  • Lead the creation of innovative and winning end-to-end solutions creating tangible value for our clients. 
  • Mentor the engagement team to improve success rates and to ensure successful project delivery. 
  • Serve as a technical advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and insights. 
  • Identify and evaluate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage for clients. 
  • Collaborate with the offering and product team to mature and build-out technical offerings and portfolio strategy. 
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies into clients’ existing systems and processes. 
  • Assist in building out presale’s strategy across the Architecture and Innovation team. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors to support collaboration and business growth. 
  • Ensure the security, scalability, and reliability of technology solutions. 
  • Represent NRI North America at industry events, conferences, and with the media as needed. 
  • Participate and contribute to the Quarterly Architecture, Innovation, and Industry readout.  This will consist of offering and practice level overviews around Marketplace, Relevancy, 2 Year outlook, Verticals and Industry analysis, and partner engagement. 
  • Other duties as assigned and directed. 


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • 15 years’ experience in a senior technology leadership role. 
  • Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies. 
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills. 
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities across the NRI North America portfolio. 
  • Expertise in Datacenter, Cloud, Connectivity, Microsoft, Cisco, and other technologies as applicable. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a technical team across the NRI North America portfolio. 
  • Strong network within the technology and business community. 
  • Demonstrated ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving customer success and retention. 
  • Experience leading customer engagements to identify pain points and deliver impactful solutions.  
  • Demonstrated ability to win strategic sales engagements and delivering unparalleled client value. 


$175,000 - $210,000 a year
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary bonus plan based on company and individual performance. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate, including experience and location.
