NTT DATA is looking for high-achieving team players that are quickly adaptable to new challenges and entrepreneurial ventures. We are looking for Senior SAP S/4Hana Project Manager to work in Brea, CA with our global client. 

Responsibilities:

• Drive all project activity from scope, implementation, through post-launch and closure.
• Effectively manage resources, governance, timelines, and profitability.
• Proactively identify, articulate, and manage risks through collaboration with internal and client project teams.
• Contribute to evolution of project management methodology.
• Serve as primary point of contact, managing the day-to-day customer experience.
• Develop project timelines and manage all required artifacts related to risk mgmt., etc.
• Manage team of Functional Consultants.
• Manage SDLC phases from initiation and scoping to development and up through deployment and hypercare.
• Prepare and present project status updates to Business and IT sponsors/stakeholders.
• Liaison between project team and Business.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project management with 7+ years of specific experience as SAP Project or Program Manager.
• Must have experience in at least two (2) end to end S/4 HANA implementations and knowledge of the Activate methodology.
• Experience in review of BBP documents, developing test, cutover and post go-live plans (strategy, plan, requirements, KPIs, etc).
• Strong management and leadership experience with globally distributed teams. Participate to lead onsite-offshore interactions as required.
• Must have strong analytical skills, be team-oriented with excellent coordination and time management skills.
• Strong customer orientation, and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing timelines and expectations, and producing high-quality deliverables.
• Good hands-on experience on Jira, MS Project & MS office suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
• Experience as SAP Functional consultant or SAP technical consultant before leadership role, is a plus.
