Project Manager(Salesforce Projects)

NXT GIG is on the lookout for a talented Project Manager with extensive experience in managing Salesforce projects. In this role, you will take charge of overseeing Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration projects, ensuring that they meet client requirements and are delivered effectively. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors to gather and analyze business needs and translate them into project objectives. Responsibilities

• Manage the entire lifecycle of Salesforce projects, from planning and initiation to execution and closure.
• Collaborate with clients to identify needs and define project scope, deliverables, and requirements.
• Create comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions.
• Monitor project progress, managing risks, and resolving issues as they arise.
• Ensure projects adhere to Salesforce best practices and align with business strategies.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and conduct project reviews.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Significant experience in project management of Salesforce projects, preferably in a managerial capacity.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery, coupled with exceptional planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with agile project management methodologies is a plus.
• Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Project Manager) is highly desirable.
