Due to significant growth and to address the needs of our Technical Teams department, we are seeking a Salesforce Architect.


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team. The Salesforce Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that align with our business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, strong technical leadership, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective architectural designs. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a problem solver, and a passionate advocate for Salesforce best practices.


Responsibilities:
  • Solution Design & Architecture:
  • Design and architect comprehensive Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, design documentation, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Evaluate and recommend Salesforce platform features, third-party applications, and integrations to meet business needs.
  • Technical Leadership:
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, including developers, administrators, and consultants.
  • Establish and enforce development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance of Salesforce implementations.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on Salesforce technologies and architecture.
  • Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs.   
  • Conduct workshops and presentations to communicate architectural concepts and solutions.
  • Integration & Data Management:
  • Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
  • Develop data migration and data management strategies.
  • Ensure data integrity and security across all Salesforce environments.
  • Platform Expertise:
  • Maintain deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including its latest features and updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce security, performance optimization, and scalability.
  • Project Management Support:
  • Assist project managers with technical estimations, risk assessments, and project planning.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical updates.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality Salesforce solutions.


Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platform architecture, design, and development.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and others.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce development technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, data migration, and data management principles.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly preferred.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines.


Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
  • Experience with DevOps practices.
  • Experience with managed packages.
