Offline is a membership club designed to help people explore the best their city has to offer—one local restaurant at a time. With 12,000+ members and 500+ restaurant partners across 10+ cities in the United States, Offline is reshaping how people discover new favorites while helping small businesses thrive.

What You’ll Do

• Qualify and research leads to determine fit with Offline’s partner profile
• Conduct multi-channel outreach using email, phone, and SMS to engage restaurant owners
• Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives by converting qualified leads
• Support handoff from lead gen to sales, ensuring a smooth, timely transition
• Maintain CRM accuracy by logging activity and updating statuses in HubSpot
• Collaborate cross-functionally to share insights and improve lead gen strategy

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development (SDR/BDR)
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot or similar CRMs
• Startup or fast-paced environment experience is a plus

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Comfortable with outreach cadences and repetitive tasks
• Persistent, positive, and driven to meet daily and weekly metrics
• Able to work independently while staying aligned with team goals

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-time role, Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM U.S. Eastern Time
• Competitive base pay + performance-based bonuses
