About the role

We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity to be a key driver of our Platform, Data and programmatic offerings in the APAC region.


As the Agency Partnerships Leader - APAC, you will play a central role in building long term strategic partnerships with our Agency clients.


Working closely with leading clients, agencies, and sometimes DSPs, you will be at the forefront of building and executing our regional strategy, while contributing to Ogury's global vision ofbeing the trusted partner & leader in advertising solutions, anchored in data and grounded in privacy. 


This is an exciting chance to play a pivotal role in the expansion of Ogury’s Agency Partnership Program in the APAC region.


Based in Singapore, you will work directly with the Regional Managing Director APAC and other Senior Leaders in the organization to create the regional agency partnerships strategy and collaborate with market leaders to execute it across the region. 


This role offers high visibility to our global leadership and provides ample opportunity to network with industry leaders and leverage your market expertise.


This is a hybrid role where we encourage our team to join us in office at least two days per week.

What you will be doing
  • Drive Growth: Own and drive the strategic partnership tracks that include our platform, data and programmatic offerings.
  • Evangelize our Personified advertising solutions and accelerate the partnership tracks with clients.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Nurture existing partnerships with Agencies and unlock co-building opportunities to address data and addressability changes.
  • Execute Strategy: Support the country sales leaders and teams in positioning Ogury as the differentiated partner with unique and scalable audiences that can be activated across multiple media channels.
  • Innovate Offerings: Develop execution strategies and drive short and long term tracks with Agency side key decision makers.
  • Leverage Relationships: Use your extensive network to unlock new business opportunities for the region.


What you will bring to Ogury
  • Proven Expertise: Strong background in Digital advertising and expertise in Data, Audience and programmatic trends in the industry.
  • Established Network: Well-developed relationships with senior-level decision makers on the Agency side especially in Singapore and Australia markets.
  • Strategic Vision: Experience in structuring and facilitating long-term partnerships with agencies and clients, driving success through creative and solutions-oriented thinking.
  • Educator and Consultant: Ability to connect with clients, provide insightful guidance, and foster long-term relationships to maximize potential.
  • Team Player: Exceptional at building cross-functional relationships and thriving in a culture-first organization.


S$150,000 - S$200,000 a year
In compliance with country-specific pay transparency regulations, we are committed to providing visibility into compensation for all of our teams, globally.

The salary for the Agency Partnerships Lead, APAC role ranges from S$150,000 - S$200,000 annually, based on relevant experience and location. In addition to annual variable compensation.
