YOUR MANDATE

In collaboration with your strategist, you will create original and innovative media strategies. You will be the conductor of the orchestra between the clients, business partners, and our teams of specialists. From A to Z, you will ensure that everything is respected to meet the business expectations of your clients. Your role will be to design multimedia campaigns that will help clients better achieve their business objectives.

EVERY DAY YOU WILL:

• Build strong relationships with clients and play an active role in establishing a culture of performance media with them by familiarizing clients with the tools and research available to you.
• Oversee the implementation of projects, respect deadlines (material follow-up, campaign orchestration, inter-departmental relations), costs, and the delivery of these projects.
• Develop action plans on the steps to follow to establish a media strategy; manage the preparation and communication of briefs internally and to media partners, and manage the budget (updating client budgets, invoice reconciliation, etc.) with the support and collaboration of your team.
• Conduct appropriate follow-ups for the smooth running of the campaign.
• Ensure liaison between the different stakeholders (media partners, creative agency, clients, etc.).
• Stay up to date with marketing innovations and news about clients' industries.

WE WANT TO KNOW YOU IF YOU HAVE:

• A post-secondary degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related discipline.
• 1 year of experience in project management, media, or marketing.
• A creative mind and the ability to think analytically.
• A marked aptitude and interest in collaboration and teamwork.
• A willingness to learn and intellectual curiosity.
• Good stress management and adaptability to change.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor.
• Fluency in French and English languages, both spoken and written - As our global network deals daily with national and international clients, a level of English that enables you to understand and express yourself fluently in both French and English is a basic requirement for this role.
