We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Representative to join Omnisend's sales team. As the Business Development Representative, you’ll facilitate initial conversations and develop team-wide best practices while working with both teammates and customers around the world.

This is an important role that we are looking to fill at Omnisend. As a Business Development Representative, oftentimes you will be the first person that future customers interact with. If you like working directly with customers and also being an important part of the team - we would love to connect with you.


What you’ll do @ Omnisend:
  • Develop new business leads, nurture current opportunities and enhance existing relationships;
  • Be comfortable speaking English on the phone with confidence and clarity, as this role involves regular communication with prospects;
  • Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with your team to qualify opportunities, and help Omnisend continue to grow;
  • Prepare for and schedule meetings with potential customers;
  • Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall business development process;
  • Conduct business development best practices with email, phone, and social channels using advanced technology to connect with new prospects;
  • Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans;
  • Work internally with other teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of new customer pipelines.


We expect that you’ll bring:
  • At least 2+ years of sales experience;
  • Experience or desire to work in sales and the technology industry;
  • Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English;
  • Excellent inter-personal, team, and negotiation skills;
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
  • Very strong work ethic and confidence to work autonomously;
  • Motivation to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company.
