We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Business Development Representative to join Omnisend's sales team. As the Business Development Representative, you’ll facilitate initial conversations and develop team-wide best practices while working with both teammates and customers around the world.

This is an important role that we are looking to fill at Omnisend. As a Business Development Representative, oftentimes you will be the first person that future customers interact with. What you’ll do @ Omnisend:- Develop new business leads, nurture current opportunities and enhance existing relationships;
- Be comfortable speaking English on the phone with confidence and clarity, as this role involves regular communication with prospects;
- Utilize prospecting and research tools, coordinate with your team to qualify opportunities, and help Omnisend continue to grow;
- Prepare for and schedule meetings with potential customers;
- Strategize with team members to innovate & improve the overall business development process;
- Conduct business development best practices with email, phone, and social channels using advanced technology to connect with new prospects;
- Work closely and collaboratively with the sales team to develop and implement appropriate prospect communication plans;
- Work internally with other teams to ensure proper quality and quantity of new customer pipelines.
We expect that you’ll bring:- At least 2+ years of sales experience;
- Experience or desire to work in sales and the technology industry;
- Excellent communication skills and command of written and spoken English;
- Excellent inter-personal, team, and negotiation skills;
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
- Very strong work ethic and confidence to work autonomously;
- Motivation to succeed both individually and with a young and fast-growing company.
