A leading beauty E-commerce company is seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer to join their dynamic team.
You will be responsible for supporting the design team in developing high-quality, on-brand creative assets across digital and print platforms. You will help bring our visual identity to life through engaging designs that resonate with our audience and elevate the customer experience. This role is perfect for a passionate designer with a strong aesthetic sense who is eager to grow in the e-commerce and beauty industry.
Creative Design and Execution:
· Design high-quality visuals, including banners, social media posts, email templates, product packaging,
and campaign materials.
· Translate brand guidelines into creative assets that resonate with the target audience.
Campaign Support:
· Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute promotional campaigns, product
launches, and seasonal offers.
· Ensure all creative assets align with campaign objectives and messaging.
Website and E-commerce Design:
· Create visually engaging content for the e-commerce platform, such as homepage banners, product
pages, and promotional sections.
· Work closely with the development team to ensure optimal display and functionality of designs on
digital platforms.
Industry Trends and Innovation:
· Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand’s visuals fresh and
innovative.
· Propose new creative approaches and strategies to enhance customer engagement and brand differentiation.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
SKILLS
-Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
-Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative designs that align with brand identity.
-A strong sense of aesthetics, color theory, and typography.
-Familiarity with design requirements for e-commerce platforms, social media, and other digital channels.
-A keen eye for detail to ensure designs are accurate, consistent, and of the highest quality.
-Excellent interpersonal skills to present ideas and work effectively with various teams.
-Strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
-Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing project requirements.
EXPERIENCE
1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the e-commerce or beauty industry.
