Senior Lead - Creative, EMEA

Now we are looking for a dynamic creative leader for the EMEA region who will approach every story with an open mind and a strategic eye to create and inspire work that is disruptive, effective and culturally impactful. The role will require breadth, spearheading conceptual creativity across EMEA while leading a brand new regional studio team packed with talent across design, art direction, copy and studio management. Much of the work will be co-creating campaigns with the biggest and most influential retailers in EMEA, speaking to the next generation defining the future of streetwear and sneaker culture across the region. The channels will be varied, from social and influencers to retail and experiential. We are especially interested in meeting people with diverse lived and professional experiences, perspectives, and approaches.

Your Mission:

• Level up our creative output across the region, bringing stories to life with craft and flair.
• Develop creative concepts that resonate with the next generation of European sneakerheads.
• Lead and mentor a studio team across design, art direction, copy and studio management.
• Think internationally, with a team based in Zurich and London, and audiences across EMEA.
• Shape creative solutions across channels, from social and OOH to retail and e-commerce.
• Collaborate with retailers, agencies and other partners in the pursuit of creative excellence.
• Partner with commercial teams to transform business problems into creative solutions.

Your Story:

• Typically around 5-10 years relevant or transferable experience leading creative teams - most likely at agencies, media companies or brands. 
• You are passionate about creativity and telling compelling stories from unexpected angles.
• You are dialled into what is driving modern streetwear and sneaker culture across EMEA.
• You have a connection to, and affinity for, the communities and cities behind this culture.
• You know internet culture and are familiar with the social, influencer and creator landscapes.
• You demonstrate excellent presentation skills and like working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial way.
• You care more about getting to the right creative solution than you do about ego.
• You preferably have knowledge of cities across the UK, Germany, France, Italy and the Netherlands.
• You have a clear affinity and connection with running, sport, movement or wellbeing.
• You are fluent or C1+ in English - other languages (and experiences) are a plus.

Your Team:

This role can be based in either Zurich or London and you will sit at the intersection of several incredible teams packed with passionate people based primarily in those locations. The EMEA Brand Studio team brings our stories to life, which requires collaboration across the company. On is a Swiss company with a stunning local hub in Zurich and rapidly growing teams in London, EMEA and beyond. The work will be hybrid and flexible, with some travel to Zurich, London, Paris, Berlin, Milan and other cities in the EMEA region.
