Summary: The Director, Pricing Strategy and Operations plays a critical leadership role in shaping and executing Onbe’s pricing strategy to drive revenue growth, market competitiveness, and operational efficiency. This leader will oversee pricing processes, team performance, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment with Onbe’s strategic goals. With a strong focus on pricing strategy, operational excellence, and scalability, the Director will drive innovation, streamline workflows, and create a culture of accountability while delivering high-impact results.

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $157,680 to $183,960 with eligibility for an annual bonus. This position is targeted to be based in one of our Hub locations (Chicago, Philadelphia, Dallas).
