You bring an eye for detail, an understanding of candidate care, and a curiosity for how systems, tools, and people all come together to create a great recruiting experience. • Attend weekly recruiting check-ins with hiring managers to stay aligned and provide support
• Contribute to special recruiting projects and process improvements as needed
• At the end of the internship, you’ll be asked to share a 5–10 minute presentation on one thing you worked on during your internship here, what you learned, and how you hope to apply any learnings from your time here toward your future career
In This Role, You’ll Bring With You:
• Either a recent graduate of or currently pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field
