• Familiarity with API integrations and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Experience in agile development practices and collaborating in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience integrating AI solutions with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, or similar business systems.
• Knowledge of NLP, conversational AI, and machine learning operations (MLOps).
