Key Responsibilities
- Execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including physicians, hospitals, sleep clinics, and other healthcare providers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's market presence
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes, tools, and systems to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategies
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the management team
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- Proven sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry
- Fluent in both Dutch and English. Full professional proficiency in both languages is a key requirement.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and systems
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business success
