Sales Representative - Medical Devices

We are seeking an experienced sales representative with a good understanding of the market dynamics for medical devices, especially within The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including physicians, hospitals, sleep clinics, and other healthcare providers 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships to expand the company's market presence 
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales processes, tools, and systems to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with marketing, product development, and customer success initiatives 
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning and sales strategies 
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to the management team 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (advanced degree preferred) 
  • Proven sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry 
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English. Full professional proficiency in both languages is a key requirement.  
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders 
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities 
  • Experience developing and implementing sales strategies, processes, and systems 
  • Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business success 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment 
  • Option for hybrid / partly remote work
