We are seeking an experienced and driven Hardware Engineering Project Manager to join our team in our South Burlington, VT office. As an Engineering Project Manager at OnLogic, you will manage a variety of technical projects and tasks associated with new product developments such as servers, edge systems, industrial and custom computers. You will be responsible for driving cross-functional teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring the on time launch of our innovative products. This role requires a strong understanding of hardware development processes, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
We are looking for a results-oriented Project Manager who excels at cultivating relationships with stakeholders, overseeing and reporting on project and technical progress, and collaborating with team members from senior leadership to highly specialized engineers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. The role also entails close cooperation and coordination with overseas vendors, development partners as well as team members.

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $140,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
