Who You Are 


You are a dynamic and execution-focused product marketing professional with a passion for driving demand and adoption for B2B enterprise solutions. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, you will own a product area and play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences.


You excel in cross-functional collaboration, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team to launch products successfully, create messaging, and drive adoption. With a strong foundation in market intelligence, messaging, product launches, and enablement, you transform complex concepts into clear, actionable, and impactful deliverables.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze insights from market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to inform product positioning, messaging, and strategy
  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop and maintain a differentiated value proposition, messaging framework, and supporting assets & materials for your product area
  • Product Launches: Create and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches, including detailed launch plans, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful rollouts and sustained engagement
  • Enablement: Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to create and deliver playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and other materials that support customer conversations and sales efforts
  • Buyer Enablement: Develop targeted buyer personas, clear messaging, and collateral tailored to different audience segments and go-to-market channels
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product and GTM teams to align product marketing strategies with broader organizational goals and ensure high-quality execution
  • Training & Resources: Collaborate with Enablement teams to deliver training, FAQs, and tools that equip Sales and CS teams to effectively communicate Ontic’s value


Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, with a total of 5+ years in related roles
  • Proven expertise in developing product messaging and positioning for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, engaging narratives
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with experience working across teams including Product, Sales, and Marketing
  • Experience in security, risk management, or related industries is a plus


$110,000 - $140,000 a year
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes a bonus plan, equity, benefits, and other opportunities at Ontic. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
