Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients in the healthcare sector
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their fitout and recruitment needs
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats
• Present customized solutions through compelling presentations and proposals
• Negotiate proposals and contracts to drive profitable business outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and project execution
• Track sales metrics and client feedback to enhance service offerings
• Participate in relevant industry events to promote Ontime Group and its services

• Proven sales experience, particularly in healthcare fitouts and recruitment
• Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients
• Understanding of recruitment processes and healthcare industry standards
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
