E-Commerce Specialist- OnePlus

About the Role:
OnePlus USA is looking for a highly motivated Ecommerce Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functions of an online retail business, ensuring smooth operations from product listing to customer delivery. This position is responsible for implementing strategies to maintain efficient workflows, meet customer expectations, and achieve business objectives. This includes managing inventory, order fulfillment, customer service, and collaborating with various teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Overseeing stock levels, ensuring product availability, and coordinating with suppliers for restocking. 

Order Fulfillment:

Managing the entire order process, from order placement to shipping, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. 

Customer Service:

Addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively. 

Data Analysis:

Monitoring sales performance, key metrics, and customer data to identify trends, preferences, and areas for improvement. 

Process Optimization:

Developing and implementing efficient processes and procedures to enhance overall operations. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Working with marketing, sales, fulfillment, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration. 

Vendor Management:

Managing relationships with third-party vendors, including payment gateways, logistics partners, and e-commerce platforms. 

Strategy Development:

Developing and executing e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience. 

Performance Monitoring:

Tracking and analyzing e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities. 

Industry Trends and Best Practices:

Staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in e-commerce operations. 

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is often a minimum requirement. 
  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management is typically needed. 
  • Knowledge of various e-commerce platforms and technologies is essential for managing and optimizing online sales. 
  • The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and create reports to improve operations.
  • Understanding customer service principles and best practices is important for ensuring positive customer experiences.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $50,000-$100,000 + bonus. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
