Advanced Technologies Specialist

Optimiza is on the lookout for an innovative and driven Advanced Technologies Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will be at the forefront of exploring, implementing, and optimizing advanced technologies that enhance our service offerings and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and analyze emerging technologies, assessing their applicability to company goals and client needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement advanced technology solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations on technology trends, best practices, and strategic direction.
• Conduce proof-of-concept projects to validate innovative solutions and demonstrate their value.
• Support client engagements and technical presentations, showcasing advanced technologies and their potential impact.
• Participate in technical training and mentoring to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
• Document and share knowledge through reports, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced technology implementation, research, or a similar role.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and IoT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with project management methodologies and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Relevant certifications in advanced technology areas (e.g., AWS, Azure, certified in AI/ML) are a plus.
• Passion for exploring new technologies and a desire to drive positive change.
