Key Responsibilities:

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Innovation Management, Technology Management, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in innovation management, research and development, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of innovation methodologies, design thinking principles, and project management practices.
• Proven track record of successfully leading innovation projects that resulted in measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with external partners, including startups and academia.
