Our Customer Experience team is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and driving product adoption. As we continue to expand, we’re seeking an Onboarding Specialist who will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Data Migration and Setup
• Lead data migration from existing systems, including client, scheduling, and service information
• Configure business settings (open hours, room assignments) and create self-booking links for lessons and classes
• Set up services, payment plans, and workflows for smooth client operations
Support During Migration
• Act as the client’s main contact during migration, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth progress
• Conduct check-ins and adjust configurations to meet client needs
Training and Go-Live
• Provide training to help clients use Opus1 effectively and ensure they are ready to go live
• Test all configurations and prepare clients for independent system use
Efficiency and Collaboration
• Streamline the migration process for faster onboarding and reduced support tickets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth post-onboarding handoff

• Possesses strong analytical skills to troubleshoot migration issues and ensure smooth progress, with excellent communication skills to keep clients informed throughout the process.
• Provides comprehensive training to help clients effectively use Opus1, ensuring they are prepared to go live by testing all configurations and enabling independent system use.
• Has a meticulous attention to detail, streamlining the migration process for faster onboarding and reducing support needs.
