As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a strategic and analytical Manager / Senior Manager of FP&A to join our finance team and help guide key financial and business decisions.
As Manager / Senior Manager, FP&A, you will play a critical role in driving insight, discipline, and decision-making across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Finance and FP&A, you’ll build and manage forecasting models, support operational planning, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.
You’ll lead analysis on the company’s top- and bottom-line performance, owning the models and processes that support financial planning and strategic initiatives—including revenue forecasting, headcount planning, and cash management. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence the trajectory of a fast-paced startup.
What You’ll Do
Support company-wide forecasting and budgeting processes, including revenue modeling (e.g., spend on platform, take rate, margins) and expense planning (e.g., payroll, operating expenses)
Partner with functional leaders to track performance against budgets and KPIs, and make data-driven recommendations
Build and maintain robust financial models and dashboards to support real-time decision-making
Deliver regular reporting to the executive team and board, providing insight into financial and operational performance
Support corporate finance initiatives including cash flow forecasting, fundraising readiness, and M&A evaluation
Improve financial infrastructure by enhancing planning tools, processes, and reporting systems
3-5 / 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or a related finance role; startup, SaaS and/or subscription experience strongly preferred
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; you can build from scratch and scale existing models
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and usage-based pricing models
Proven track record of partnering cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders at all levels
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex data into compelling insights
Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides; familiarity with Metabase or other BI tools is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA a plus but not required

The anticipated base salary for this role is $110k - $140k. Actual compensation will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
