Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to support our Finance and Customer Success (CS) teams. In this role, you will focus on automating reports, streamlining data processes, and providing actionable insights to improve financial performance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align key metrics at the company level and tackle ad-hoc analysis requests.

  • Automate Reports: Design and implement automated reporting solutions to streamline data processing for both Finance and CS teams.
  • Customer Satisfaction Analysis: Conduct regular customer satisfaction analyses to provide insights that enhance customer success strategies.
  • Financial Metrics Alignment: Collaborate with the Finance team to ensure key financial metrics are aligned across the organization.
  • Dashboard Development: Build dashboards and visualizations to provide real-time insights for stakeholders.
  • Data Accuracy: Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of data across reporting platforms.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Handle ad-hoc requests for data analysis and insights to support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize data collection, storage, and reporting processes.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to deliver actionable BI solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).
  • Experience in conducting customer satisfaction analysis and working with Customer Success teams is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to align financial metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
