This position has the responsibility to provide support to our Leadership team to ensure positive, thorough, and accurate services to all our customers to meet their individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate a variety of services and processes
- Complete insurance authorizations
- Manage data related to Resident, Partner and Provider records and systems (this involving compiling, maintaining, purging, updating, processing, tracking, organizing, scheduling and recording files and data)
- Assist with billing, invoicing, and deposits
- Perform administrative tasks to support the effective operations of the leadership team
- Procure office and clinical supplies and maintains physical appearance of office
- Provide direct support when assigned
- Additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned
Skills Required
- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Advanced ability to work independently and work with our teams, various departments, and many customers
- Highly proficient use of computers and common applications such as Excel, Epic and various office equipment
- Ability to multitask in a high-paced and sometimes stressful work environment
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all information, practice professional and ethical methods
- Initiative and follow through of work tasks and assignments
- Positive, professional and supportive attitude
- Compliant with departmental, facility, state and federal rules and regulations
- Flexible to the ever-changing needs of our clients and teams
Qualifications
Meet required skill set
- Education: High school graduate or higher education
- Experience: Previous office or related experience. Knowledgeable in healthcare industry and related technology and terminology
