We are looking for a Data & Analytics Lead to help us optimize our eCommerce experience, maximize marketing efficiencies, and unlock business growth. By analyzing and interpreting data, you’ll play a key role in helping us build meaningful direct-to-consumer (DTC) business strategies while working closely with our marketing team, Digital Product, & Engineering teams.

We’re seeking someone who can merge business intelligence (BI) with data science, and who has a strong understanding of eCommerce trends and marketing performance. If you have experience in growth analytics, enjoy collaborating across teams, and can turn data into actionable insights, we want to hear from you!

We believe some of the best ideas happen when we’re together! Right now, teams come into our beautiful new West LA headquarters on Tuesdays and Thursdays to collaborate and connect. In the future, we may ask teams to come in more often — because some things are just better in person. • Lead data analysis across key business functions, with a focus on eCommerce and marketing performance.
• Collaborate closely with our marketing team to identify efficiencies, maximize growth opportunities, and optimize campaigns.
• Drive actionable insights from data to inform strategy decisions, ensuring the company is always ahead of the curve in the fast-paced DTC space.
• Provide BI expertise while blending technical and analytical solutions to drive business growth.
• Utilize your knowledge of data analytics to recommend improvements that lead to better customer experiences and increased sales.
• Work cross-functionally with teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in product offerings, customer engagement, and business processes.
• Report on and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of growth strategies and deliver business-impacting recommendations.
• Own the execution of data-related projects and be the subject matter expert for BI and analytics.

• Proven experience in business intelligence, growth analytics, or eCommerce performance analytics, ideally within a DTC Shopify business.
• Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and influence decision-making across teams.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Proficiency with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics, etc.) and experience with reporting dashboards, familiarity with Looker Studio.
• \Ability to balance both strategic thinking and technical data manipulation.
• Experience with data engineering or technical platforms used for data management and automation.
• Familiarity with data science methods and algorithms to drive predictive modeling and advanced analytics.
• Passion for working in the DTC space with a deep understanding of how data can elevate customer experiences.
