We are looking for a driven Global Business Development & Sales Operations Administrator to help us expand Our Place globally.
In this role, you'll be at the heart of our business development strategy, supporting key wholesale B2B partnerships, managing day-to-day operations, and collaborating on exciting new initiatives. You'll work closely with the Business Development Manager and SVP to drive product distribution across global markets, all while ensuring smooth operational processes and building strong relationships with retail and cross functional partners. What you'd do - Wholesale & B2B Operations: Support product operations across wholesale, bulk, corporate gifting, and other B2B channels. Handle item setup creation and quote sheet support. Manage product review syndication setup. Provide logistics and fulfillment assistance when needed.
- Retailer Asset Management: Own asset management for retailer websites, ensuring all digital content (images, copy, and product details) is up-to-date and optimized for each platform. Monitor sales tracking and performance analysis.
- Buyer Communications: Support the BD Manager in communication with retail buyers, including updates on new products, promotional initiatives, and brand moments.
- Account Expansion: Assist in onboarding new wholesale accounts, helping to manage the setup process and ensuring smooth integration into Our Place’s program.
- Wholesale Sample Management: Oversee and track all wholesale sample needs, ensuring timely deliveries for product testing, showings, and partner requests.
- Retail Signage & Visual Merchandising: Partner with retail teams on in-store signage and visual merchandising initiatives
- Team Training Support: Assist in organizing internal training presentations for brand, product, and customer experience, ensuring that the team is aligned on Our Place's vision and values.
- Global Markets & Multi-Channel Support: Contribute to initiatives across both US and international markets, spanning wholesale, corporate gifting, loyalty programs, and bulk orders.
Who you are- 2-4 years of experience in the wholesale B2B industry, with a focus on cookware, kitchenware, or home goods. Experience managing wholesale relationships, product operations, and working with major US and UK retailers is preferred.
- Retail account experience: Familiarity with large-scale wholesale accounts like Target, Nordstrom, Walmart, or Costco is a big plus.
- Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented: Comfortable using tools like Slack, Google Suite, and project management platforms (such as Frontify) for asset management, order tracking, and communications. Highly organized with a strong eye for detail and accuracy.
- Strong Relationship Builder: You excel at creating and nurturing relationships with retail partners, internal teams, and other stakeholders. Your ability to manage communications effectively is key to success in this role.
- International Exposure: Experience working in global markets or with international partners is preferred. You have the ability to understand different market dynamics and tailor strategies accordingly.
