Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist

Outsource Access is committed to delivering exceptional digital experiences that drive measurable results. We are seeking a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team and enhance the performance of our digital platforms by optimizing user experiences and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze user behavior and website performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize website elements such as layout, content, and CTAs.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement CRO strategies.
• Conduct user research, including surveys and usability testing, to understand customer needs and pain points.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and ROI.
• Provide actionable recommendations for improving user experience and achieving business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools related to conversion rate optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Growth Book Optimizely, VWO, or Google Optimize).
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and website usability.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
• Familiarity with heat mapping tools (e.g., Hotjar, Crazy Egg).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
