Cold Caller Specialist

Outsourcing Advantage (OSA) is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and introducing services in a persuasive and engaging manner. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle objections professionally. This position plays a vital role in generating new business leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services.
• Build rapport with prospects by asking questions and listening attentively to their needs.
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly call quotas and appointments set.
• Document and track all interactions in our CRM system accurately.
• Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture leads and ensure engagement.
• Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. at least at a level of C1 Advanced
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
• Strong verbal communication skills with a confident and friendly tone.
• Ability to handle objections and rejection with professionalism.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and call management software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
