Native English speaking candidates located anywhere within 1 hour of Central European Time will be considered for this remote work position.

We are seeking a generalist Marketing Manager with 3-4 years of experience to join the growing marketing team in the company. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the ideal candidate will have worked in a startup environment before, is an independent, self-starter who always finds the way to accomplish the task given. The candidate should be an excellent communicator and team player, who is accustomed to working with people from around the globe. 

We value detail-oriented people that know how to think outside the box, that can quickly adapt to changing priorities and tasks. We are a remote-first team, so the ideal candidate should also be someone who likes working remotely.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ownership of digital marketing operations such as email campaigns, PPC campaigns, paid search, website maintenance (uploading content, updating team members, etc.), and community management of company social media accounts.
• Marketing/Sales material production from ideation to final product (presentations, one-pagers, whitepapers, case studies, flyers, banners, etc.)
• Event marketing and management - from registration, social media posts, to marketing material production and post-event email campaigns.
• Maintenance of the marketing hub for the benefit of the broader team.
• Management of outsourced consultants - designer, content manager, SEO consultant, and more.

About You:

• 3-4 years of experience in a previous generalist marketing management role.
• Native English Speaker.
• Experience working in startup environments and collaborating with multiple teams.
• Fluency in Hubspot - email and digital campaign management, newsletters, marketing automation.
• Experience in digital campaign management, with emphasis on LinkedIn and email campaigns.
• Experience with marketing material production - from ideation to final version.
• Experience with online collaboration tools such as Drive for Desktop and Google Docs, Task Management tools, design tools such as Canva or Figma, etc.
• Event management experience - a big plus.
• Also a big plus for experience with Adwords, SEO, reporting tools, CRMs such as Salesforce, video creation tools and community management.
• Available to work 160 hours a month as a freelancer.

**Compensation is based on monthly invoicing for services rendered.
