Salary: $35k Base + $20k Incentive

Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Marketing (attending annual photoshoots, setting up homes for influencer stays etc.)
- Content Creation: Generate and schedule high-quality content including text, images, videos, for social media platforms aligned with brand guidelines for Oversee30a, Gf30a and 30alocal.
- Platform Management: Actively manage social media accounts on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Threads, etc., by posting content, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
- Community Building: Foster a strong online community by initiating conversations, running contests, and addressing customer inquiries promptly. Cultivate and foster relationships with local vendors and businesses to amplify our community presence.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve marketing objectives, including audience targeting and campaign planning. You will with with Director of Marketing directly with this.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics like reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on emerging social media trends and incorporate relevant strategies into the content calendar.
- Attend 4-5 local events each month to gather content, connect with the community, and represent our brand in person.
- Capture on-the-ground content that highlights our company’s connection to the local community and brand values.
- Create Monthly Event Calendar
- Leverage analytics tools to track social media performance, identifying key metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to continuously improve campaigns and drive marketing results.

- Project Management: You’re organized, able to juggle multiple tasks, and can execute social media campaigns on time and on brand.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
