Junior Customer Success Specialist (Night Shift)

• Night shift 01:00 to 09:00 EEST.

• Be the main point of contact between the company and B2B customers.
• Collect relevant information from our users and internal databases and verify it.
• Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction by providing ongoing, proactive support throughout the customer life cycle.
• Respond to queries in a quick and professional way as well as fully delve into all situations and perform all necessary actions to solve an issue.
• Work alongside techies to understand IT business logic.
• Partner with our customers to effectively resolve issues through online chat and email.

• Previous experience in customer support or related roles
• Ability to work full-time during the night shift (01:00 - 09:00 AM) in a hybrid working model.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Quick reaction and concentration, empathy and love for helping people.
• Motivation, ambition, ability to learn quickly, independence.
• Tech-savvy personality and problem-solver attitude.

• Experience with Proxies/VPNs or similar products.

• Gross salary: 1200 - 1700 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competences
