Occupational Therapist: Per-Diem

• Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy (OT) college or university.
• Unencumbered Occupational Therapy (OTR/L) license for New York.
• Conduct home visits and occupational therapy assessments of referred patients, providing direct patient care to assess medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation.
• License and Registration required  
• Proficient in EMR documentation (we use Hello Note but experience in this system is not required).
• CPR Certification.

• Visit rates: $70-$90
• Yearly Equipment Stipend
• Close to home caseloads with opportunities across all of NY's 5 boroughs
• Per diem is on a 1099
• Referral Bonus
