Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Paradigm Rehabilitation is a multidisciplinary practice offering Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy for children across the five boroughs of New York City. We’re seeking dedicated professionals to join our team and provide high-quality services in schools, homes, daycare centers, and other settings. • Flexible Schedule: Set your own hours with both daytime and after-school options.
• Competitive Pay: Earn between$45.00 - $55.00 per hour, with increased rates for DOE cases based on location, ranging from $70.00 to $85.00 per hour.

• Provide speech therapy services to children, from early intervention to school-age, based on Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) and Individualized Education Programs (IEP).
• Develop and implement therapy plans that target speech, language, communication, and social skills.
• Maintain accurate session notes, progress reports, and IEP documentation, adhering to DOE protocols.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure the child’s success in therapy and everyday environments.

• NYS Speech-Language Pathologist License (Required).
• TSSLD certification (Required for preschool/school-age services).
• Passion for working with children and helping them develop strong communication skills.

• Up-to-date CPR certification
