We then work to provide financing and the support needed to facilitate their transformational journeys to study or work abroad.
We've been focused on building a strong foundation for our brand by creating and distributing high-quality content that serves our core audience—international students looking to study abroad. From growing our social presence to developing marketing assets and refining our digital experience, we've made significant strides. Now, we’re looking for a resourceful, ambitious, and creative lead to build on this early traction—owning our content, social, partnerships, and digital presence to drive deeper engagement and expand our impact.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a content and social media strategy that deepens engagement and expands our B2C audience
- Create and edit short-form video content optimized for social platforms
- Manage influencer and creator partnerships to drive awareness and acquisition
- Lead the development of marketing materials, including sales enablement and outreach assets
- Own and maintain Passage’s website via Webflow, ensuring messaging and visuals align with brand strategy
- Plan and execute community-driven events that elevate brand visibility and engagement
- Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation and increase output without sacrificing quality
- Analyze content performance and iterate based on insights and trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company goals
Required skills & experience
- Proven experience growing social media channels for a B2C brand
- Basic video filming and editing skills (or ability to quickly learn)
- Experience managing influencer and creator relationships
- Strong content creation skills across multiple formats (video, social posts, marketing materials)
- Familiarity with Webflow for website updates and maintenance
- Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events
- Strong ability to balance creativity with strategic execution
