In this role, you will support Spanish-speaking customers by assisting with their inquiries and resolving technical issues related to various electronic products. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive support to Spanish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems with electronic devices and guide customers to effective solutions.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain organized records of inquiries and resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service processes and improve satisfaction.
  • Stay knowledgeable about product features and updates to offer the best support.
  • Follow company protocols and quality standards to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • No prior experience required; however, experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of electronics and willingness to learn more.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and customer support software is desirable.
  • A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Flexibility to work variable hours based on customer needs.
  • Eligibility to work in Greece with a valid European Passport or ID.
