Your Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding repairs and warranty inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Assist customers with the claims process, guiding them through each step and answering their questions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service improvements.

• Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or technical support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive problem-solver with a positive attitude.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
