Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with their inquiries regarding food delivery services, resolving issues and providing timely solutions.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service level goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Participate in continuous training to stay updated on product and industry developments.

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
• Strong dedication to delivering high-quality customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, energetic team player willing to contribute to our vibrant culture.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
