Your Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding home security and alarm systems, offering solutions and advice.
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve any technical issues efficiently.
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on products and industry best practices.

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Please ensure that your nationality and native language is clearly state in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or knowledge of home security systems is a plus but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
